Description
The Modular Systems Gastronorm Chilled Food Service Cart – YC-3 is an all stainless steel refrigerated food service trolley maintaining 2 to 5°C for cold food holding during service. Designed for restaurants, hotels, and banquet service, it comes standard with 4 × 1/2 GN and 1 × 1/1 GN pans and supports a maximum pan height of 150 mm.
Running on 240V / 500W, the YC-3 is mounted on castors (2 with brake) for controlled mobility across service floors. Note: designed for cold food holding only, not for blast chilling or re-chilling warm food.
