Warranty Overview
Warranty Overview
All appliances sold by Appliora come with a minimum 12-month warranty, provided by the manufacturer or authorized distributor.
Because we work with a range of brands and suppliers, warranty periods and terms can vary between products. Some models may offer extended warranty periods (e.g. 2 years, 3 years, or more) – these will be noted on the individual product page or in the product documentation.
What the Warranty Generally Covers
In most cases, manufacturer warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Mechanical or electrical faults arising under normal domestic use
- Parts and labour for repairs carried out by an authorized service agent
Warranty is intended for domestic use only, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
What’s Usually Not Covered
While each brand has its own terms, warranty generally does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident or improper installation
- Damage from power surges, pests, or environmental factors
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Commercial or non-domestic use (unless the product is specifically rated for it)
Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty card or documentation supplied with your product for full details.

Your Consumer Rights
