Due to the nature of large appliances, returns and refunds are assessed carefully and in line with Australian Consumer Law.

 

Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • The item must be in resalable condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • A restocking fee may apply

The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

  • Used or installed appliances
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Clearance, factory seconds, or special-order items
  • Items returned without prior approval

 

Faulty or Not Working Products

If you believe your product is faulty:

  • Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details
  • We may request photos, videos, or troubleshooting steps
  • In some cases, assessment by the manufacturer or an authorised technician may be required

Where a return is approved, the item must be returned for inspection before any refund or replacement is issued.

We do not provide refunds for appliances that are not returned.

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refund timeframes may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
