Delivery and Shipping
We deliver large appliances across Australia using specialised freight carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery state and the size of the product.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and vary by destination:
- Victoria: from $139
- New South Wales: from $179
- Queensland: from $219
- South Australia: from $199
- Other states and territories (WA, TAS, NT, ACT): from $299
All shipping prices are flat rates per order and apply to standard appliance delivery.
Regional & Remote Deliveries (Important)
Some regional or remote locations may incur additional freight charges, particularly for large, heavy, or bulky appliances.
If additional charges apply, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the final delivery cost.
- If you approve the additional charge, we will proceed with delivery.
- If you do not approve the additional charge, you may cancel the order for a full refund.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location, stock availability, and carrier schedules.
- Metro deliveries are typically faster than regional deliveries
- Interstate and regional deliveries may take longer due to freight routing
All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Where possible, we will contact you with delivery confirmation or a delivery window once your order has been processed and booked.
Delivery Service Details
Our standard appliance delivery service typically includes:
- Delivery to your front door, garage, or building entrance (ground level)
- Tracking or delivery confirmation where available
- Secure packaging to help protect your appliance in transit
Please note:
- Installation, connection, or removal of old appliances is not included, unless stated on the product page or arranged separately
- For apartments or multi-storey buildings, delivery may be to the lobby or ground level only, depending on carrier policy and access
- Additional fees may apply for stairs, difficult access, or special delivery requirements

Click & Collect / Warehouse Pickup
Pickup may be available for selected products by prior arrangement.
If you would like to arrange pickup, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm:

Damaged or Incorrect Items on Delivery
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged in transit or you believe you have received the wrong product:
- Note any visible damage on the delivery docket (if available)
- Take clear photos of the packaging and product
- Contact us promptly with your order number and photos
We will work with the carrier or supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
