With 7 × 1/3 GN pans in the chilled top well and a 550L gross capacity fridge below, it combines prep space and cold storage in a single professional-grade unit.
Built with Aspera compressors, German EBM-Papst fans, and fan-forced evaporator cooling, the SCB/15 maintains a consistent temperature of +2 to +8°C with auto defrost and self-evaporating drainage for minimal maintenance. The enclosed pan area with easy-slide covers and rounded internal corners make it easy to keep clean and hygienic.
