The Thermaster 7-Tray Blast Chiller – D-G7 is a professional commercial blast chiller and shock freezer with a 224L gross / 127L net capacity and the ability to hold 7 × 1/1 GN pans (40mm deep). Operating across a temperature range of +70°C to -18°C, it rapidly reduces food core temperatures to +3°C (blast chill) or -18°C (shock freeze) to preserve quality, nutrition, and shelf life.
Tropicalised for ambient up to 40°C, 40% RH, the D-G7 features fan-forced cooling with auto defrost, all stainless steel construction, and digital controller with probe and temperature display. Running on 240V / 480W / 10A.
