The Tecnodom 10-Tray Blast Chiller & Shock Freezer – DO10 is a premium Italian-made commercial blast chiller built to HACCP specification and Tropicalised for ambient temperatures up to 43°C. With a capacity of 10 × 1/1 GN or 10 × 600×400 mm, it rapidly reduces the core temperature of freshly cooked foods to preserve quality, texture, nutrition, and shelf life.
Blast chilling and shock freezing are the most effective natural methods to extend food shelf life. The DO10 lowers food core temperatures quickly, preventing the bacterial growth that occurs in the 65–10°C temperature danger zone.
