Description
The Tecnodom 20-Tray Blast Chiller and Shock Freezer – DO20 is a premium Italian-made large-capacity blast chiller with a capacity of 20 × 1/1 GN pans (40mm deep) or 20 × 600×400mm Euronorm pans. Built to HACCP specification and Tropicalised for ambient up to 43°C, 65% RH, it features all stainless steel construction, advanced digital controller with probe, and ventilated cooling with auto defrost.
The blast chilling process rapidly reduces food core temperature to +3°C (blast chill) or -18°C (shock freeze), extending shelf life and preserving quality, texture, and nutrition.
