The Tecnodom Steamless Canopy – TD-FECL is a purpose-built steam extraction canopy for the TDC-5VH and TDC-10VH Tecnodom combi ovens. It captures and condenses steam from the oven exhaust, eliminating steam emission into the kitchen. Features removable filters, removable drainer, and is pre-arranged for stacked oven configurations.
