Featuring 4 heavy-duty 29.52 MJ burners with a 20mm heavy-duty mild steel grilling plate, it delivers rapid, even heat across the entire cooking surface for searing, cooking, and finishing a wide range of foods.
Constructed entirely from stainless steel with a stainless steel drip tray, the RGT-48E is built for the rigours of a professional commercial kitchen. It features auto ignition with flame failure shut-off for safety, and sturdy adjustable feet for levelling on any surface. Compatible with the QR-48-S matching stand (sold separately).
