The Fagor Kore 900 Series Indirect Heating Gas Boiling Pan – M-G915BM is a premium commercial gas boiling pan with a 150 litre capacity (600 mm Ø × 500 mm H) and indirect steam heating for gentle, even cooking. Running on Natural Gas at 86.4 MJ/h / 24kW, it is purpose-built for large-batch soups, stocks, sauces, and catering-scale cooking.
The Kore 900 Series design features 2mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel surfaces, laser-cut joints and automatic welding, and a double-walled balanced lid with front handle for safe, easy access.
