With a 494.2L gross capacity and the ability to hold 14 × 1/1 GN pans (or 14 × 600×400 mm Euronorm pans at 40 mm deep), it is designed for large-scale commercial kitchens that require rapid temperature reduction to comply with food safety standards.

The special blast chilling process prevents ice crystallisation from forming, ensuring quicker temperature reduction and preserving food quality, texture, and nutrition. Operating from -22 to -18°C with an ambient operating temperature of 38°C, powered by 415V / 2,000W.
